Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using MovMor, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.
Eligibility
You must be at least 21 years old with a valid driver's license held for at least 1 year to rent vehicles on MovMor. Vehicle owners must be at least 18 years old.
Services
MovMor provides a peer-to-peer marketplace for car rentals, ridesharing, and vehicle leasing. We act as an intermediary and are not a party to rental agreements between users.
User Obligations
Users must provide accurate information, maintain valid insurance, follow traffic laws, and treat vehicles with care. Any damage must be reported immediately through the app.
Payments & Fees
All payments are processed through Stripe. MovMor charges a 15% service fee on car rentals and 10% on ridesharing. Owners receive payouts within 24 hours of rental completion.
Cancellation Policy
Free cancellation up to 48 hours before the rental start. Cancellations within 48 hours incur a 50% fee. No-shows are charged the full amount.
Insurance
All rentals include basic insurance through our partner Omocom. Coverage includes comprehensive protection and 24/7 roadside assistance. Additional coverage tiers are available during booking.
Limitation of Liability
MovMor's liability is limited to the amount of fees collected. We are not liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages arising from the use of the platform.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Users may delete their accounts at any time through the settings page.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Sweden. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Stockholm.
