Choose your coverage level and excess when you book. The excess is the most you pay for damage to the car.

Prices and excess are set per country and shown in your quote before you pay.
If the car is damaged, the owner raises a charge with photos and a repair estimate. You pay up to your excess; any amount above it goes to the insurance claim.
