Contact point
Authorities and users can reach us about illegal content at —. We read English and the languages of the markets we serve.
Reporting content
You can report a listing, a ride, a user, a message or a review that you think is illegal or breaks our terms. Say what it is, where it is, and why you think it is not allowed. We confirm that we received the report, look at it carefully and without undue delay, and tell you what we decided.
What we may do
We may remove or hide content, pause a listing, or suspend an account. When we do, the person affected gets a statement of reasons: what we did, the facts we relied on, whether the decision was made by a person or with the help of automated tools, the legal or contractual ground, and how to appeal.
Appeals
You can ask us to review a decision within six months by writing to —. A person who was not involved in the first decision looks at it. You can also turn to Allmänna reklamationsnämnden (ARN) or the court.
Trusted flaggers and authorities
We give priority to reports from trusted flaggers named by the authority of the country, and we answer orders from authorities as the law requires.
